In 2016, SF Express Company obtained the right to use the warehouse and planned to the renovation of the original warehouse floor. In the actual renovation process, it was found that the floor of the warehouse was extremely strong due to the use of pure metal aggregate in the original project. Although it has been used for more than 20 years, its quality is excellent and can still meet the use needs. At the same time, if you wanted to break the floor, the labor and construction time required are many times longer than the normal floor. So SF Company abandoned the rectification plan and continued to use the original floor of the warehouse.

In 2017, Beijing jinke co. organized on-site inspection of the dangerous goods warehouse at the capital airport. The anti-static and non-ignition performance of the floor still met the relevant national standards. Based on this, Beijing Jinke Company temporarily set the service life of explosion-proof ground at 20 years.
