Usage and Precautions

1、Usage

Select product series according to different dust suppression requirements。

Spraying equipment

（1）For the site with a treatment area of less than 1000m2, the surface of the material can be uniformly sprayed by an artificial spraying device.

（2）The treatment area with more than 1000 m2 is recommended to use electric sprayer or truck-mounted and professional spraying vehicles for spraying, with a range of 18-20m or even more.

Spraying method

Dust suppressant is sprayed through spraying devices or sprinklers and spraying stations, etc. Diluent of dust suppressant is uniformly sprayed on the surface of materials or dust raising areas, thus achieving dust prevention and dust reduction effects. The best spraying amount was obtained from laboratory tests: the amount of fine sand and dust was 1.03L/ m2, and the amount of pulverized coal was 2.06 L/ m2. Dilution method of liquid dust suppressant

The liquid dust suppressant stock solution can be poured into a spraying container according to the required dosage, then water is poured in proportion, and then the mixture is stirred evenly, or water can be added while stirring.

2. Notes

（1）The product should be diluted with clean tap water or pollution-free water. The product cannot be diluted with strong acid or strong alkali water.

（2）It should not be exposed to the air for a long time.

（3）As the viscosity of the product will adhere to the inner wall of the container in a small amount, the spraying container should be cleaned after operation.

（4）When rainfall forms obvious runoff, the surface of the object needs to be dried before re-spraying.

（5）When the ultra-fine dust heap is dusted, due to the weak water permeability of the material surface, the phenomenon of "ball rolling" or runoff is easy to occur after encountering water. It is advisable to wet the surface with high-concentration dust suppressant diluent first. After the surface is wetted, reduce the dilution ratio and spray it for the second time.
