NFJ non-rusting light foamy fiber material

NFJ non-rusting light foamy fiber material uses iron as raw material, and is subjected to high-temperature foaming by adding foaming agent at 1300 degrees high temperature through crushing, magnetic separation, air separation, grading, mixing and the like, and then passivation treatment at 900 degrees, finally made into rust-free, light, rough and loose porous. According to the requirements of different manufacturers, various products with different particle sizes are made.  (-10 mesh to +300 mesh). 

Suggestion：

1. NFJ non-rusting light foamy fiber material, the coarser the particle size, the greater the void, and the lighter the specific gravity, during mixing, some fine fibers can penetrate into the pores and have good cohesion with other fibers.

2.The finer the particle size is, the larger the specific surface is, the better the dispersion performance is, the better the affinity with other fiber materials is when mixing materials, and the metal mesh structure is easily formed when mixing materials to play a role in eliminating static heat dissipation.

3. NFJ non-rusting light foamy fiber material should be reasonably selected and graded to achieve the best effect.

The application field is wide: it can be used not only in friction, rubber products, fluoroplastic products, but also in noise reduction and shock absorption。

1）No rust：

Foaming agent is added during high-temperature foaming, antirust foaming treatment is carried out by using the iron-carbon principle, and nitrogen is added during low-temperature passivation to carry out surface antirust treatment again so as to never rust.

2）Eliminating static electricity：

Because NFJ non-rusting light foam fiber material is a metal material with conductive function, especially for the static electricity generated during mixing of organic fibers, the formed agglomerates cannot be dispersed and are not easy to be uniform. Adding NFJ non-rusting light foam fiber material can eliminate static electricity, and the mixing is more uniform. The mixing method of rubber products can be changed, the wet mixing method used in the past can be changed to the dry mixing method, the operation is simple, and the production cost is saved.

3) Prevent metal sparks and metal inlay:

As NFJ non-rusting light foamy fiber material changes the metal metallographic structure composition during the manufacturing process, and will not generate sparks and metal inlays when rubbing with the mating plate.

4) Light Weight：

Currently produced NFJ non-rusting light foamy fiber material has rough, loose and porous surface and achieves the aim of light weight with specific volume of 0.6-1g/cm³.

5) Improve friction performance：

Because of roughness, looseness, porosity of NFJ non-rusting light foamy fiber material’s surface and adjustability of voids which not only can improve and stabilize the friction performance, but also can adjust the friction performance with good elastic adjustment.

6) Slipping of conveyor belt in use can be reduced. 

(Because metal material generates heat and magnetic field in friction; Pulley, driving wheel and attached wheel are basically made of iron, which can be tightened after generating magnetic field.)

7）Reduce noise：

Because the surface of NFJ non-rusting light foamy fiber material is rough, loose and porous, it can absorb a lot of sound waves during braking, so it can obviously reduce noise.

8）Reduce friction temperature：

NFJ non-rusting light foamy fiber material, forming a metal net structure in the friction material mixture, and the metal itself has heat conduction and heat dissipation functions, so that the heat conduction generated by the friction interface has better metal channels and larger and deeper metal heat conduction functions, and the friction component has good heat conduction parts and obviously reduces the temperature of the friction interface.

9）Easy homogenization during mixing：

Because the surface of NFJ non-rusting light foamy fiber material is rough, loose and porous, and the specific volume is close to the specific volume of other fibers, which increases the resistance of surface contact, thus improving the dispersibility of the mixture and making the mixture uniform.
